Description

This is the transcript of Dr. Holmes talk at the Beverly Theater on February 20, 1955.

Quote:  “Now this is important. We plant cabbages, we get cabbages. We plant peas and we get peas. We plant birch trees and we get birch trees. We set a hen’s egg and we get a hen, ducks from ducks, pigs from pigs and so forth. We find that always this thing is true to its type. The same Creative Agency that makes all these things is working, we will say, in the mind of the businessman. I am a great admirer of people who can do things. It doesn’t matter what it is, everybody paints some kind of a picture. Maybe some guy builds a railroad, it isn’t any less creative than writing a book, that is what I like to do. Where does he get the idea? There is only one place that all ideas come from. We call it God.”
