PDF transcript of Ernest Holmes Radio Show “This Thing Called Life” from December 10, 1950.
Quote from transcript: “Fear is the greatest enemy of man and we would like to get rid of it. But too often in trying to eliminate fear we assume an aggressive attitude toward everything and everyone, as though bare-fisted we would lick the world; we would fight everything to a finish until we stand alone and dominant. I have worked with too many people who assume this attitude not to know that the front they put up is false. It isn’t an armor of protection at all. It is merely a great big inferiority complex, making as much noise as it can in a vain attempt to drown out the other noises around it, noises of which it is afraid..”
