PDF transcript of Ernest Holmes Radio Show “This Thing Called Life” from March 16, 1952.

Quote from transcript: “One of our main troubles is that when we are confronted with difficulties, we are prone to feel that circumstances are against us or that the trouble lies with other people and not with ourselves. It takes a well-rounded person to be willing to admit that he brings most of his troubles on himself. But this is the starting point of a well-ordered life and we may as well admit it and if necessary begin allover again, not trying to adjust things and people to our way of thinking but trying to adjust our own thoughts and feelings so we will harmonize with others and fit into our environment.”
